Payment Policy

Shrooms World takes product quality and customer safety extremely seriously. Our strict product testing procedures help us ensure that the goods you receive from us is of the best quality possible. If you receive a product that does not meet the quality standards you expected, please contact our support team for further assistance. Our management team will evaluate each issue on an individual basis to determine the best solution. If we conclude that a refund is required, we will give all reimbursements to your shop account.

All customer concerns and refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your order’s delivery. We are unable to provide any refunds for orders after 7 days.

In the unlikely event that an item goes out of stock or is missing from your order before shipment, we will contact you to make a modification. We will attempt to contact the consumer for up to three hours. On the third hour, we will choose a replacement product that closely matches the one you selected. If we are unable to contact you, we will not issue a refund or credit for any replacement items we may choose.

Refund Policy

When placing an order with Shrooms World, funds should be received within 12 hours using one of our authorized payment methods. Orders that remain unpaid after 12 hours will be automatically canceled. Any canceled order cannot be returned to processing status. If a payment is received after an order is canceled, the order will be canceled and a store credit will be issued. There will be no refunds for late orders. Failure to pay for an order more than once may result in a permanent suspension from Shrooms World websites and services. The Shrooms World management team will make individual decisions about bans.
