VALHALLA TRUFFLES: STRENGTH, DOSAGE, AND USE

It’s best to start slowly with these truffles unless you’re experienced and comfortable with the psychedelic experience. Three grams will produce a significant high without causing a “trip,” but you may still expect some pleasant effects. Around 5 grams may cause minor tripping, and you will notice a distinct warping of reality as your ideas begin to change. The trip becomes considerably more strong at 7.5 grams and above. The experience is characterized by strong sights, auditory hallucinations, and intense physical sensations.

The simplest way to consume these truffles is to eat them fresh. Otherwise, brew them into tea. If you do this, avoid immersing them in boiling water, which will destroy the psilocybin.
