If you receive a defective goods, please notify us within 7 days so that we can investigate immediately. Each complaint will be reviewed by our management team, and a credit or replacement product will be issued as applicable. Replacement products will be delivered only if the original item is defective. Origin maintains the right to select the appropriate compensation (credit or replacement) on an individual case basis.
Shrooms World will always ship to the address provided at checkout. If this address is inaccurate, it may cause shipping delays and additional shipping fees. Shrooms World has the right to charge a client an extra shipping fee to re-ship any products for any reason, including an inaccurate postal address entered during checkout.
